At Waerin, every item is printed on demand just for you. We stand behind the quality of our products. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no hassle.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item sent (wrong design, colour, or size)
- Item significantly different from the product listing
- Item lost in transit (tracked orders only)
Not Eligible for Return
- Buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind about the design or style)
- Incorrect size ordered — please check our Size Guide before ordering
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Orders with a total value under $30 (considered final sale)
- Orders purchased at 50% discount or more
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns for personal preference reasons. We encourage you to check the size guide carefully and reach out before ordering if you have any questions.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@waerin.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Do not ship anything back without receiving written approval from us first — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Replacement: We will reprint and reship your item at no cost (our preferred resolution for defective or incorrect items).
- Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
- For other approved returns, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
