Returns and refunds overview
At www.waerin.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return and Refund Requests
Returns or refunds are not accepted without reason, except in cases of significant quality issues. We only accept returns if the item is defective or not as described.
All return and refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at support@waerin.com or via the Contact Us page.
Please include your order number and the reason for your request.
Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition with the original receipt. Items returned in unacceptable condition will be refused.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
2. Special Conditions for Discounted Orders
Orders purchased using significant discounts (50% off or more) are not eligible for returns or refunds. Large discount coupons may result in extended shipping times and logistical limitations.
We recommend confirming your purchase decision carefully before applying large discount offers.
3. Final Sale Items
Orders with a total value under $30 are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
4. Damaged Products or Incorrect Orders
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving damaged items or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Important: If you receive an incorrect item, you do not need to return it. We will arrange a free replacement and ship the correct product to you.
Please contact us immediately at support@waerin.com and provide the following:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Correct shipping address
Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Refund Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund processing typically takes 3–14 business days after approval.
Please note that bank processing times may vary. For delays beyond this period, please contact your bank directly.
6. Order Modifications or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes are possible only if the order has not yet shipped.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
7. Shipping Fees
If a return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Fees depend on the shipping provider selected.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
