The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing time: 1–5 business days
Shipping time: 8–25 business days

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. Shipping times will be affected by public holidays; manufacturers and couriers may limit their operations at these times. This is out of our control.

Because orders are shipped by surface mail, overnight or expedited shipping is not available at this time. However, we will be happy to provide you with a variety of other shipping options to meet your needs.

It is worth noting that due to the COVID-19 epidemic, international logistics shipping times are generally longer than usual. At the same time, freight rates for logistics companies have been high, which has become a common problem worldwide. We recommend you arrange your order in advance to receive your goods on time.

For most countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax). However, for some countries (especially some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada) duties or VAT may apply according to your country’s rules.

We are excited to offer international shipping to most destinations in the world. The super savings option will take 10–20 business days. For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping Service that can ship to most international locations in 7–12 business days.
